The EyeC ProofRunner Carton Pre-Feeder is a flexible and movable unit that converts your folder gluer into the perfect inspection solution for folding cartons. It includes its own feeder and gets attached to the feeding side of the folder gluer. Defective cartons get removed through the folder gluer's existing ejector.
Unlike anyone else's systems, ours does not require additional markers on the printed articles. Job set up time is very quick. Much faster than competition.
Meet high-quality requirements
As required for most packaged materials for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, toiletry, and branded products, the EyeC ProofRunner Carton Pre-Feeder inspects 100% of the production of folding cartons, and compares the job to an approved artwork file (typically a PDF file). It inspects the entire carton surface, including all flaps and provides a full inspection report. The EyeC ProofRunner Carton Pre-Feeder makes it easy to avoid customer rejects. It helps keeping existing customers satisfied and opening new business opportunities.
A fast, accurate and flexible solution
The EyeC ProofRunner Carton Pre-Feeder allows print shops to increase their print quality, while optimizing existing processes and resources. Compact and easy to connect, the unit can be placed in front of any folder gluer. Even if operated at a speed of up to 656 ft/min (200 m/min), it detects the relevant defects, so there is no need to slow down production or compromise on quality standards.
Easy to Use
The EyeC ProofRunner Carton Pre-Feeder is quick to set-up and easy to use. Unlike other systems, it does not require special markers on the print. The intuitive interface guides the operator, increasing process safety, while simplifying quality controls and enhancing the operator’s satisfaction.
