The EyeC ProofRunner Flexible Packaging is an in-line inspection system for wide web and flexible packaging printing. Installed on a printing press or rewinder, the system performs 100% print inspection to monitor the quality of the entire print job and check it against the customer proof.

Catching defects in real time on a printing press prevents wasting expensive consumables and valuable machine time. By carrying out print inspection on a rewinder or slitter defective items can be removed just before shipping to customers.
Accurately check the content of 100% of your films
The EyeC ProofRunner Flexible Packaging uses high speed line scan cameras to continuously capture a high-resolution image of the entire web. A high-performance computer system identifies and verifies all printed items on the web automatically. Texts, graphics, color as well as 1D and 2D codes are checked for on 100% of the printed flexible packaging assuring quality through the entire job.
Making quality control efficient
The customer proof is loaded automatically using operator supplied job data. Even combo jobs can be checked using multiple PDF reference files in just one click. Information contained in the PDF may used to define priority regions and adjust inspection sensitivity automatically.
